Darren Hardy

MD & Lead Trainer / Tester

Darren served in the Armed Forces for over 24 years as a Combat Medical Technician, and a further 7 years offshore & as a remote Medic. Within this time he became an accomplished and experienced Primary Care Practice Manager. He strived to gain as many qualifications as he could to become an effective Compliance Training Instructor.

More recently he has gained more H&S qualifications to allow the opportunity to expand the companies range of qualifications being offered

In association with Objective Health, a qualified Designated Substance Tester enabling a competitive service to the South & West Wales Region

Darren is now dedicated to developing the company and making DLH Training Solutions move forward whilst maintaining his high standards for the training he delivers.

Lorraine Hardy

Secretary / Sales & Marketing

Lorraine comes from a background of education and has a diverse base of knowledge and skills. Lorraine brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service, sales and aftercare support.

Lorraine advises on sales, bookings, marketing techniques and strategies

Lorraine is passionate about driving the company forward, generating new ways to improve customer services

Thomas Hardy

Technical Design & Development

Thomas comes from a strong background in Information Technology and has a wealth of knowledge in computer science and coding. He has transformed the way the company operate through modernising our advertising and booking systems. He has worked hard to become an integrated team member enhancing his knowledge of the qualifications offered as he progresses his way through the company
